RESOLVING Existing Conflicts & Problems etc
... by mediation, negotiation, coaching & more.

Does this describe your situation?

I have a current problem with one of the following:

  • Contractual and lease issues.
  • Financial and payment issues.
  • Professional negligence and service delivery issues.
  • Construction, property, land, boundary, planning and environmental issues.
  • Landlord, tenant and shareholder issues.
  • Employment and interpersonal issues, including at board level.
  • Public sector, political and community issues.
  • Mergers, acquisitions and restructuring issues - corporate to family businesses.
  • General business issues which are really getting in the way.

If you want issues like these resolved, contact us now at Julian@LittletonEvans.com to arrange a FREE, confidential and no-obligation conversation to see if we might be the right firm to help you.

Based in Reading, Berkshire, we operate across the Thames Valley, London and the UK helping people in these sorts of conflict situations mainly using mediation, negotiation and coaching, from the pre-legal stage and all the way up to the court gates, working closely with lawyers and other advisors as appropriate.

The real benefit of using us to resolve your problems is that it will save you time, money and anxiety.  That's because it's quick.  Who doesn't want that?

I have seen for myself that Julian has all the skills of a good mediator. He is an excellent communicator and good at handling strong emotions. He has an infectious enthusiasm and energy; he is extremely interested in and good with people. He is also a very good listener and strong on control of the mediation process. Although not a lawyer, he has enough knowledge in this area to be an effective mediator.

Michael Cover - solicitor, mediator & chartered arbitrator. Also on the board of the UK Civil Mediation Council & board of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Julian achieved a settlement on a case which I was not at all confident would settle, where there was considerable bad feeling between the parties. He had a friendly and positive manner throughout the 14.5 hour mediation.

I worked with Julian in connection with a large contractual dispute with (a national construction company), and his involvement was key to its settlement.
