Associates - we are backed up with a range of skilled and trusted associates, all professionally qualified and experienced, with similar (i.e. mediators etc) and complementary skills, including: accountants, lawyers of all types, business advisors, HR and H&S consultants, psychologists, therapists, employee engagement specialists, psychometric assessment experts, marketing and sales experts and questionnaire/survey experts. Our m The ediator associates are especially relevant where a co-mediator might be desirable or essential due to the number of parties or complexity of a case.
Codes of Practice - we operate according to the relevant codes of professional conduct for mediation or coaching and are covered by professional indemnity insurance. We plan to please our clients and provide an unrivalled service!
Operating Area - based in Reading, Berkshire, we operate across the Thames Valley, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, London, the Home Counties, and the entire UK, although the UK area is restricted to day-long (or more) mediation, facilitation or training assignments or, of course, for appropriate cases via telephone or Skype.
Business Links - we are members of the: Institute of Directors; Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce; North Hampshire Enterprise; and the Federation of Small Businesses. We also belong to other business groups.
Sustainability - as Julian has a long background in the environmental sector, this issue matters to us. These are some of the ways we try to reduce our carbon footprint. We almost exclusively deal with our clients electronically to minimise wasted paper. We minimise impact through travel due to our working base, by using public transport where appropriate, an economical car where public transport is not sensible and offer remote engagements through phone, Skype and email to avoid travel at all.
CSR - we take our social responsibility seriously. As noted on the next page about Julian Evans, he is extensively involved in helping the business community in a voluntary capacity, through his board and committee memberships. Furthermore, we like to give some of our time to help individuals in strife, pro bono or at a reduced rate, who otherwise could not afford appropriate professional help.
